Things Every College Student Should Do This Autumn

Things Every College Student Should Do This Fall

It’s no secret that autumn is my favorite season, and being a college student there are a few things that I think every student can do to get in the autumn spirit. Even though it’s a lot harder to get in the spirit being in a small college town, I wanted to create a little inspiration for other college students wanting to get out there and experience the magic of autumn!

These a few fun things that can be done with friends or at home. Hopefully, you’ll be able to find time in your busy schedule to at least do a few fun autumn activities because it really is the best time of year! Even in my small college town, I can find most of the activities. You can read my autumn tag here as well!

1. Take a walk through the beautiful fall foliage.

2. Go apple picking, or just buy apples from the store and eat them all autumn!

3. Have a Disney Channel Halloween movie marathon. My favorites include Halloweentown and Twitches!

4. Get some autumnal scents in your dorm room. Candles aren’t really allowed, but I love this Apple Pumpkin wax melt or Apple Cinnamon air freshener.

5. Go to your college football games. Always a good time with friends and to support the school.

6. Visit a haunted house. My friends love being scared, so I’m doing this for them!

7. Dive into a new book. Two books on my want to read list are Turtles all the Way Down by John Green and We All Looked Up by Tommy Wallach.

8. Paint or carve pumpkins. I recommend painting if you’re in a dorm.

9. Paint your nails in beautiful fall colors. My favorite is Bahama Mama by Essie.

10. Go through a corn maze.

11. Have a bonfire and roast s’mores. The best on a cold night.

12. Drink a lot of lattes, hot chocolate, and apple cider! Love the new Maple Pecan Latte at Starbucks.
